Welcome to our villa. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Process:

• No deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment is due prior to arrival (you will be contacted directly for payment arrangements).

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a 20% charge of the total booking cost.

Check-In/Out:

• Check-in from 16:00

• Check-out by 10:00

• Early check-in/late checkout may be possible upon request, subject to availability.

Damage & House Rules:

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• No smoking inside the villa.

• No parties or events without prior permission.

• Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be supervised.

• The maximum occupancy is 14 guests.

Liability:

• The property owner accepts no liability for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings sustained during your stay.

• Guests use the hot tub and swimming pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Force Majeure:

• We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions).

Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of France.
